Spent Christmas here and enjoyed the spacious apartment. The location was convenient with shops and supermarkets nearby. The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions and plenty of parking.
The apartment was chilly and lacked sufficient heating. Some of the light bulbs were out and the windows appeared to be neglected.

The location of this hotel is great, being quite close to the city centre. It is also convenient for those planning to visit Legoland and Windsor Castle. the hotel offers good facilities, such as wooden floors, carpets in the hall, and tiled bathrooms. the rooms are of a decent size and come with basic but adequate furniture.
The service at this hotel seems to be lacking, as there were issues with receiving email directions and no one being present at the reception. This can be quite inconvenient, especially for tired travelers who have just arrived after a long journey.

The apartment was well, equipped with everything we needed. the location was great , just a short walk to the bus stop or train station and close to the city center. the check, in process was hassle, free and the staff was accommodating.
the towels provided could have been of better quality, but this didn't affect our overall experience.
